General Information and Conditions

The rental price includes:
Bedding Towels,
Toilet paper,
Kitchen cloths,
Use of air-conditioning,
Heating outside season,
Cooking accessories,
Dish washing detergent,
Wireless Internet,
Use of washing machine.

Mandatory Additional Payments:
Tourist tax: 2,50 EUR/night (adults)
Tourist tax: 1,25 EUR/night (children 7 - 18 years of age)
Registration: 3,5% of the total amount.

Other (Optional) Additional Payments:
Pets by agreement
For an up to 3 days stay by agreement
Final cleaning, if the apartment is not cleaned by the guests, 40,00 EUR

Terms of Payment: 
In cash, credit cards, mBills or PayPal.

Reservation Down Payment: 
By agreement

Cancellations:
If you make a cancellation at least 30 days before arrival, you get a full refund of your advance payment.
If you make a cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, we keep the advanced payment. If we manage to rent this apartment to someone else, you get a full refund of your advance payment.
In each case, we reserve the right to charge administrative costs caused by the cancellation.

Terms of Reservation: 
The reservation is guaranteed after the reservation down payment has been received.

The apartment is available:
On arrival day, from 2 p.m.
On departure day the apartment must be vacant by 10 a.m.
